Contrast, texture and detail are important to me in my work.

I enjoy working closely with directors and DOPs to create high impact, interesting and appropriate sets, exploring new ideas where possible.

Sci Fi, Victorian England, mid 20th century, fantasy and contemporary, any challenge is welcome.

After graduating from my BA Hons Design Degree at Nottingham Trent University, I moved to the bright lights of London. There I gained a vast experience buying and set decorating, working on a selection of formats including film, drama, commercials and music promos before joining the BBC drama lab department and becoming a head of department. 

The BBC gave me an invaluable start to my career in Production design and allowed me to work on period, fantasy and contemporary drama with some high calibre actors and directors. 

I have since designed feature film, drama, commercials and music promos, gaining design award nominations and 1 win.
